Full auto Prowler
Is just a little too good. It's fire rate needs to be slowed just a little bit. It kills way too fast right now. You blink and you're dead haha.

@chiefthunderball So you just want the R99 as the only viable smg. They both have a very similar ttk.
@xx_Dante2k_xx all it needs is -1 on body and headshot damage and the same mag size as the 99. That will balance the fire rate of the 99 vs the dps of the prowler much better. Right now the prolwer does 3 points more dps on head and body vs the 99 and had more bullets per mag.
@chiefthunderballThe Prowler and R-99 are about equal. Sure, the Prowler does more damage and has a bigger mag, but the r-99 has a higher fire rate.
As it is, unless you want both to be nerfed, they are very good weapons. Prowler with burst actually has higher dps.
