Fuse Changes

I'd like to make some proposed changes for Fuse:

Proposed buffs:

  • Grenadier: Fuse can now additionally see Grenades in deathboxes and are highlighted through walls/buildings/on floor.
  • Knuckle Cluster: Can now ADS for a 2x zoom
  • Motherlode: No longer can do 5 damage on Initial blast/fire, allowing people to escape. Now immediately damages people who are caught by the Motherlode fire. Initial damage reduced to 20 from 35 to compensate for enemies being damaged now.

Proposed perk rework:

  • Level 2 perks:
    • Knuckle Hustler: Perk Moved to level 2
    • Scar Tissue: (CHANGED) Fuse now receives -50% damage penalty to his  Knuckle Cluster & Motherlode and doesn't get slowed by them (or enemy Fuse's abilities)
  • Level 3 perks:
    • (NEW) Little Petrol: Fuse's Frag/Arc grenades will scorch the ground for a few seconds after exploding, dealing tick damage to anyone who walks over it, and causes Thermite grenades to explode in an circle AoE rather than a line

I'm undecided on what to do for his second Level 3 perk.. Probably leave Wreckless there. But I'd like to have bonus healing from small meds if I'm being honest to carry less heals.
