Fuse Prestige Skin

Can we please get a prestige skin for Fuse? This season (Season 26) seems the perfect place for it considering the focus. I fear the plan is to give Maggie and heirloom. Fuse has been an untouched legend for some time and while he has a few event specific skins that are nice, he really needs a good prestige skin.
