Fuse Ultimate Buff - Overheats nearby enemy abilities
You want fuse to have a giant ring of fire? You refuse to change it to something more useful?
Fuse's ultimate now causes all nearby enemy tactical's, movement passives and ultimates to overheat. No valk jump jets, no octane jump pads, no wraith portals or phasing, nothing. Total shutdown within two fire ring radiuses range and radius.
If you can't come up with a better design for it, make it shut down everyones ability to simply walk away. This is ridiculous at how poorly this ability performs in a game where movement is king.
