G7 Season 5 nerf plz

Ahh the G7.....went from almost useless sniper rifle of early season to the now ungodly “assault rifle”. To be fair I’m not sure exactly what the issue is.

I loved season 5 so much but now as the season has gone on there is a new trend, almost every match when you run into a squad with a G7, you will lose. It is no longer a skill weapon, from the hip up close, the spray and pray fast trigger pull of it is near impossible to beat and as I said, no skill. Even with purple armor just with a base 10 rounds is more than enough for a player to aimless click as fast as he can and ensure a knock with in a second or two.

I really would like to see the G7 to go back to the sniper or at the very least slow down it’s rare of fire and give it a longbows hip fire capabilities. It is a “scout” or marksman’s rifle it should be widely inaccurate from the hip. Or at the very least a substantial damage nerf, atleast the majority of the magazine to kill because it doesn’t seem fair that only 4 shots cause a knock whereas all of the snipers require atleast 3 -4 body shots. You guys officially named it a “assault rifle” but it seems to be an insanely powerful assault rifle that can also perform any sniper’s function if not better than all the sniper rifles. (Let’s be honest very few ppl use the actual sniper scopes, x3 or 2x-4x always.)

In short please nerf the G7, no longer a skill weapon, players scramble for it to ensure fast, unmatched, skill-less spray and pray kills.

If you are going to take away one more gun from us like you did the devotion and PK, please consider making the G7 the 4th Legendary box only weapon if you wish to keep it the same.
