Game changing system audio settings?

PLEASE fix the audio, not the footsteps, you guys greatly improved on those to the point where I can hear 80% of what I should be hearing. Every time I start the game, the game will put a really bad audio filter over EVERY program: spotify, discord, chrome etc. This filter makes people in Discord sound like they're very far away, and sometimes it just randomly blares up. This started mid season 6. Recently it started making everything either way quieter than it should be, or way louder than it should be. The audio should be kept entirely to the game, and not applied to the whole system. There also needs to be more control over settings like audio, though that's nowhere near as important. I'll post a dxdiag later if needed.
