Game crashing resaulting in loss of ranked points and abandonment penalty

I have had apex crash multiple times I run wired connection to my router I run over 130mbps this is not leg on my end it has given me an abandonment penalty 4 times now as a player in ranked diomond thats 400 points fix your game
