Game Freezing When I Land

So lately out of no where my game has been freezing whenever I land or some where after landing. I play on PC, I don't have any VPNs nor overlays. I have repaired my game 2x and still happens. It's complete random. I can go for 4-6 hours without any freezes then I can go to every game freezing. Every time the game freezes, I have to end task it because Alt+F4 won't help and waiting for it to unfreeze takes too long. I did it once and I was already dead and the game was already over. I have my GPU's latest drivers and I scanned for any corrupted system files. There is none. I don't know what to do.

This started happening after the split. My duo & I want to grind ranked but every time we do, this keeps happening to me. My game either freezes or I have very bad packetloss/connections.

Any advice will appreciated.
