Game is in the worst state ever

Lately, the issues about this game are rising more and more and things are obviously turning to show what are the issues about this game that is making it not performing well and lot of players are abandoning it. the issues are as i see are as follows:

1- Bad matchmaking, mostly for single player experience its very annoying to play the game and face 3 stacks that has nothing to do in life but dominating lobbies.

2- Game changes and Favorite weapons nerfs (like the R99) and legends insane balance changes (lifeline, mirage*****) are making the game look and feel weird and the meta is changing consistently negatively and making the game harder and harder, it is no fun anymore.

3- In game store and returning skins and heirlooms are making the game lose the feeling of uniqueness. when i buy a skin or an expensive heirloom like the buster sword, it shouldn't return into the game store anymore which makes getting it really valuable and will push more players to get this unique item, while everything keeps rotating again and again makes owning these kind of expensive mythic or iconic stuff feels worthless. For me, I'm not paying anymore on anything the store has to offer that keeps coming and available for everybody again.

4- The game has suddenly turned to look like a wallet sucking machine which made it lose its authenticity and value which back fired and made lot of players intentionally not buy anything from the game anymore.

5-The game is no fun anymore, I used to play it almost daily, but now it doesn't feels as it used to. its not just the lack of content, it is the player experience that is not being fair or enjoyable.
