The number of bugs that never get fixed and continue to grow, the number of cheaters that never decrease and continue to grow, the development team that has never been able to address the issue due to an outdated game engine, the number of smurf accounts that continue to grow even though there are rules that restrict them, the number of cheaters using devices that violate the rules that never decrease, and the number of cheaters that continue to use devices that violate the rules that never decrease. EA/Respawn, who have given up on dealing with so many problems and only think about collecting money from the current users, etc.
