I didn’t realize how much I really enjoyed the locked and loaded takeover until it was gone... its just not fun anymore and feels like a depressing downgrade without it being in the game :/ I really loved having a mozambique on drop with an optic that was usable on other weapons with bad iron sights like g7 scout, g7, etc and It sucks to not land with 2 shield cells/syringes which could potentially be enough for your squad to survive early drops and the biggest issue is not having a white bodyshield and backpack... its so frustrating to not be able to pick anything up because you have no room and sometimes you can’t even find a body shield... theres just too much RNG and luck involved and I don’t even want to play the game until 9th where Im hoping you will bring locked and loaded back permanently in part of those 3000+ word patch notes

Yeah something felt off. That tiny tiny bit of survivalbility made early-game so much more bearable and the fights were a lot more intense since most squads didn't get immediately wiped out on drop and could get away to regroup and gear up. First ring is either you drop hot or spend the entire game looting and looking for a squad to fight. Does anyone really play to win? If I win it's a bonus, but I play to fight and I'd rather lose a match but fight 3 or 4 squads than win a match by 3rd partying the last squad.Not to mention I keep getting level 20 ~ 50 loot goblins with like 30 kills between the both of them. Why would a match making system ever match me with them? I've been playing since S1. Let me play with other S1 players (if there are even any left).

@afishthatvapes I think most players have that mentality of drop hot or spend the game looting pubs is a bit of a joke like this but in ranked you have the opposite. I wish there was more balance to it but ya it's irritating p0laying a whole game looting only to get slaughtered by a full team of preds and your team does like a combined 200 damage for 20 minutes lol.

@Sueidle agreeing with Legend. Loba was way better in the event when you could drop her ult and find guaranteed good loot instead of seeing nothing but level 1 garbage all around you.And yes, 1000% agreed with the first post. This game feels like it's been downgraded dramatically without this event. Maybe it's just me, but it felt like even finding a weapon was easier during this event. Now, I'm back to dropping and going through a dozen bins and buildings to find maybe one mozam scattered among a dozen level one mags for guns I can't even find... I seriously hope they bring this back permanently, even if it is for casual matches.

Agreed, it just goes to remind all of us, how terrible the loot tables are, especially on King's Canyon. The low rate of 1x sights is the worst part, as now I spend half of the game running around with irons, taking risks in an attempt to find a "common," item. Respawn has really started to lose the plot, if it ever really had it in general. This game is spiraling towards being Ability Legends, and seems to become less about gun skill every season.

@Sueidle Better loot only makes loba stronger... she was incredibly useful during the event and was one of my top picked legends

There is bog issue with beter loot. As Loba main i wuld hate beter loot. I already play legend with buged tactical. My onlay advantage is gear picking. Literaly if thay make better loot thay van nove Loba out of game

I am so used to landing with a mozambique with bodyshield that landing and not finding any weapons is terrible... the rng is too luck based at least during the event you had a chance to survive and now its land, find some random hop ups and junk you don’t need yet, then die to someone with a blue/purple shield and a weapon because you have none after checking 2-3 buildings and multiple supply bins even a p2020 would be nice

Looter shooter - the point is to kill for better loot. Not trying to be an *, but that is a functional purpose of the game.

@76251FMJI loved landing with a body shield because now we just get 1 tapped by a mastiff... I loved landing with a mozambique because it didnt matter if someone found a purple shield you could easily delete their shields instead of running around for 5 minutes looking for a weapon... or if you find one you have to use ironsights which are terrible on some weapons and I also loved landing with heals/shields because it gave you a better chance at surviving early game not to mention most of the time you don’t have enough room to pick things up until you find a backpack... nobody wants to loot common loot just bring back blue and purple only loot with the occasional gold scattered around

Im just not enjoying the game anymore, I started trying duos but Im running into the exact same issues as I do on trios regarding the loot... please BRING BACK LOCKED AND LOADED PERMANENTLY
