Game leaving penalty for returning to lobby?

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Got a penalty for 85 minutes on ranked along with a demotion when i left the match accordingly when my entire team died including myself

What happens when the bug occurs? So it gives a penalty along with minus points when to you leave the match too quick i suppose more specifically when all members including self are dead
What should be happening instead? penalty should not occur, especially minus points because it kinda ruins the experience of the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a ranked match on rank silver 4 to apex predator, wait for full squad to die and as soon as it happens leave the match.

So basically to prevent this from happening to anyone else it’d be great for that to be fixed especially the penalty. I’m sure no one wants to wait for more than an hour to play again.
