…crazy how they do this.
And we’re just supposed to go back and forth between these “departments,” for months until something actually (or never) gets fixed.
The same “community manager” responded back to me when I started trying to reclaim items that magically disappeared from my account. And after 3 months (as well as cases and community posts)…absolutely nothing.
Might be time for the Federal Trade Commission to come look at how EA does business.
Good luck with your Ban though brother, hope they can get that overturned quickly for once
