Gibby Dome rework

@Team_ThicThese are interesting ideas, they could always either allow Crypto’s EMP to destroy his bubble or add EMP grenades to counter Gibralter Bubbles but I’m not exactly sure about that

I know Crypto’s drone counters Wattson with an EMP but I think her pylon would destroy the grenade, emp grenade would be a nerf for caustic/rampart, it would also destroy rev’s totem, loba’s market, and maybe even disable a legend’s abilities for like 10 seconds or less
