Gibby Nerf

Question

Gibraltar's arm shield is in need of a nerf. Paired with a red shield, gibraltar is a force to be reckoned with in a close range fight. He's almost guaranteed to win a 1v1 given the extra 50 health. I don't think nerfing the health the arm shield has is a very good choice, I feel as if changing the size of the arm shield would be a much better choice. His arm shield covers so much that you are essentially forced to break it to deal damage. If it's size was reduced, I think it'd be less dangerous in a 1v1, but still quite useful.&nbsp;

@mintyhour&nbsp;Useful for what exactly? I thought the whole point of the shield was to give him an advantage in direct trades by forcing you to break it first.

I think reducing the size would still give you the advantage in a straight 1v1, while still making it somewhat possible to kill gibby without breaking his arm shield. That arm shield is just far too powerful when paired with gibby's fortified.&nbsp;

@mintyhour It's a white shield that's easy to break on a 9 second cooldown. The only thing that needs fixing, is the fact that it prevents you from taking damage from arc stars and frags mainly because that's a bug.

Gibby's biggest issue right now is his indestructible dome. It's the biggest reason why he's a must pick in higher ranks. Not his measly gun shield.

I think with gibby he either needs just the arm shield or the reduced damage to him. NOT BOTH
