- @Alphabets What game do you play? Because it's not Apex. All legends move at the same base speed. Wraith only moves faster in portal, her ability cool down is the longest of any legend. Pathfinder needs a longer cool down on his grapple, and there are other legends that need buffs but most people know Gibby is too powerful right now. That's fact. Go look at forums
