Gibby vs Low Profile is so unbalanced

@chiefthunderball There are currently members of the community that argue Caustic is overpowered so I'm not too keen on blindly trusting community opinion. Certainly consider everyone's opinion but I trust nobody's not even my own.

Moving on to your points...

-20% damage taken is misleading. In a team fight Gibby gets shot and shot at far more frequently than any other legend but in a straight up 1v1 it is true he has a notable advantage.

-Completely disagree with bleed through damage. I'm not going to be a massive glowing target without gaining any advantage for it.

-Agree with the gun shield cool down. It didn't used to be so short and doesn't need to be since he can recharge it with shield cells. Even if it takes a full minute to recharge I don't think Gibby would notice.

-Yep its risky to push a dome Gibraltar. I'm not sure what the point is in mentioning how difficult it is to attack a defensive Legend but I guess you're just mentioning this point.

As for your last point Gibby's kit has always been OP. The problem was that no teams played around what he can do. He's powerful now because teams use him properly not because of any buff. Well.... a dome revive + golden backpack does make him surprisingly difficult to plan around.
