GIBRALTAR REMAKE

GIBRALTAR: Give boost of armor to the user while inside shield. Also make the Shields range a little shorter. I can speak for the majority of GIB mains who are tired of getting pumped as soon as they pop a shield or popping your shield for cover and since the radius and range is pretty decent you end up putting your enemy inside. also shorten the height of the shield to give a defender in advantage when wanting to play defensively it is kind of hard when you pop your shield and everyone can see where you are trying to defend or revive an ally.

    The dome shield isn't this legends issue.  It can be used effectively.  His hit box and how weak the aim shield are the real issues.  He should have massive armor while aiming to make up for how large his hit box is and how immobile you become while aiming.  People down you instantly while you struggle to hit their super thin hit boxes.  The dome can be tweaked later.  As is it's alright for now.
