Give the Digital Threat a Customizable Reticle

The digital threat is an essential loot piece. Considering the amount of particle effects in which combat takes place, it is essential to those without scanning abilities. However, this advantage is regularly outweighed by the superior reticle of the HCOG 1x sights.

Being a legendary item, I recommend adding a segment to the LOADOUTS tab wherein the player can select the reticle of their digital threat in-game. I believe such an option would be more than appropriate for this sight (given that it is literally Digital; it would be programmable). More people would appreciate the item with this change made.
