Gold coin recharge not received

I haven't received 1000 gold coins for recharging, which prevents me from purchasing the legendary skin I like And I received a notification via steam  email that my recharge was successful, but I didn't receive my coins whether I refreshed or logged back into the game I also logged in on the EA app, but I didn't receive any coins either  And there is no link to contact customer service, so I can only send an email. It has been over 30 hours and I haven't received any response.
