Hacker problem is getting worse not better.

SO this is my experience with Origin Apex is literally my first game with EA and them. I played Apex for like a month with my friends had fun really good game actually. Was really into it and paypal 100 on crates I think the developers deserved some funding for the work. I get an email saying my PC was accessed from RUS login to my origin account and I'm banned from Apex. I write to support telling them that my account was hijacked and either used for hacking or for phishing. I show them my emails showing that my account was accessed from another country give them my IP tell them to compare the logs and stuff since its 2019 not hard to do. They tell me I'm indefinitely banned and there is nothing they will do. What the hell? Why would I pay money on an account on a FREE game to hack? If I wanted to do that I would spoof my IP and keep making free accounts. I don't get it. Hackers literally got me banned which is understandable but EA won't even support me? Can someone actually PM me and tell me what's going on support refuses to talk to me when the evidence is so obvious. 

Just saying I won't be playing this game again even tho I can just change my MAC address and make a free account because of how poor the support of EA was and the hacking issue.
