Have selectfire be integrated into Havoc and Prowler

I don't understand why this hasn't been a thing yet ever since prowler came back to ground loot. Prowler with burst is * to me and havoc single fire was honestly fun to use and it was different. Just let us chose between the two modes and make the game more diverse and appease all players that play kinda differently
