@Robo_The_Man-Bot It’s a lot of damage, but you can beat it pretty easily. It is strong, but if they exploit the charge up time, they can beat it.
@Sir_Named Not necessarily, I've had instances where I was shot first in the back and still managed to turn on the guy and almost insta-down him (it was like CoD ttk). The charge up time is really only a detriment if you have no armor. The only way you're winning a fight to a Havoc is if the player using the Havoc is a terrible shot, or you're at close range with a PK (or mid-range with a G7, which, I'll admit, definitely beats the Havoc at mid-range) and you don't panic and miss your shots (but let's be honest, you could miss four shots with the PK and still win that fight).
