Havoc Rifle is GARBAGE

Why is this gun a thing?  "pre fire to wind up a shot"?  F-ing stupid...  This is the worst gun when trying to fight a team or more than one person that you don't pre-emptively 'charge' this crap-* g...

@GrandDoodie Dunno what planet your on but havoc has been broken for 2 seasons as being one the deadliest guns in the game.
