Havoc Rifle is GARBAGE
Why is this gun a thing? "pre fire to wind up a shot"? F-ing stupid... This is the worst gun when trying to fight a team or more than one person that you don't pre-emptively 'charge' this crap-* g...

The biggest problem I have is I am in a gun fight and cannot compete against a person that has an Alternator, Hemlock, Flatline, etc. that shoots faster and has less recoil to combat when fighting people.
I know the Turbocharger makes it good/great... but when there are maybe 2-3 per map, I have a very low chance to get one. Playing on console with no attachments for the weapon off spawn or early on, the recoil pattern is not forgiving and I am usually not able to get shields and am getting shot from 2 people that have faster shooting weapons, so literally no chance.
If the Turbocharger was purple, as frequent drops as Hammerpoint or Double-Shot, I would be fine with it and maybe become better with it... but from an 'Energy' weapon ammo type gun (in my opinion), the Volt is better for most encounters because it doesn't have a 'wind-up' feature.
@GrandDoodie thats why i said turbocharger/skullpiercer should be avable more, you have the same with wingman, in basic form it gets outperformed by many other mid-highrange weapons but the moment it has SP it can compete vs hemlock/r301 and co
Do yourself a favor and dont compete volt with havoc, volt is op and much better in many scenarios where it actually shouldnt be cuz its a smg
