Havoc turbocharger or charge up time decrease

The turbo charger should be added back in or there should be a mode with all the original hopups and atachments or the charge up time for the havoc should be decreased

While I agree that if you get it going, it can tear through *. (Which is a topic for another matter) It shouldn't take the nearly full second it does for it to begin firing. I could accept it if instead of spooling before a first shot, it fired one then the pace picked up (similar to the devotion)

@Arkuos16 That’s the balancing for it. It shreds, but it also takes a while to charge. That way, there are other guns that are better.

I know what you mean by the balancing, but I disagree that it should be a hit or miss weapon. I've only really been able to successfully use it when i was either on the offensive, or the other team wasn't targeting me. I think it should still have the spool-up time it has now with a initial first shot, or have less of a spool-up.

  @Arkuos16 It shouldn't really get that though, as the damage when it finally charges is huge. Adding an initial shot or reducing the charge time would be a major buff that it doesn't need.
