Heirloom issue since rev rework - Let us refund heirlooms

Hey so I know it’s been a very long time since his rework but honestly I didn’t know any better by that time. Now I realize that I had stopped playing revenant right when his re-haul came to the game. I had gotten his heirloom in my opinion his heyday and have hated his rework since. I really want a way to somehow get my shards back from way back when and use them towards an actual heirloom I’d get to see. But no, EA would rather force me to keep trying my luck instead of refunding me the money I spent on a character they changed in entirety. I had never planned or imagined him being changed so drastically but it is heartbreaking that I can’t get my money back. And it’s even worse that I have to stare at the heirloom I love on a character I now despise. Gt: jojo4563
