2 Days ago on the day of the announcement '' System Override '' event, i bought a bunch of Apex packs with some money i saved up, and i finally got an heirloom ( i had 0 ) was kinda bummed it was Bloodhounds cause im a Wraith main but atleast it was an heirloom. About 2 hours after i read the news about the upcoming shard system for the heirlooms, and i was extremely bummed after hearing that, considering had i just waited 3 days i wouldve gotten the kunai for my main.Was asking a couple of EA Supports about this and unfortunately there is no 'refund' action in place atm, for any items ingame,Was thinking it could be really nice (especially for someone like me) if there was an 'heirloom refund system', maybe it wouldnt be a full heirloom return, but half of the shards needed or something, so i could get closer to the 500 packs progress, that is now towering before me for me to optain the kunai.So ye, an heirloom refund system, is my hope currently <3

@zenithwow I agree with this, but instead of half the heirloom shard I feel they should have a one per account thing where you can dismantle an heirloom for shards.

@zenithwow I just got 300 packs as well a few days ago and also got bloodhounds heirloom. you can think greedy EA for how pricey everything is

same, I got an heirloom and it was the bloodhound one and I am also a wraith main. it is my first one, and now I have to wait for another 500 packs to get the new shard so I can make the wraith one. which will most likely never happen. I don't have the money to buy 500 packs. I think you should have the option to shard your current heirlooms for a different one.

@zenithwow A one time refund would be nice since most players who had invested in a random heirloom are some of their most dedicated and long term players!

@zenithwow YUP i did the same! bought loads of packs and got pathfinders heirloom ( wanted wraiths) and now you can choose your heirloom 😤 would love this idea so i can switch for wraiths!

same thing. I saw the heirloom for octane. and I know I was close to unlocking an heirloom after playing 1000h and spend like $200 sice the game's release . I spend 150$. I was saving for that. get the pathfinder heirloom and 3 days later. I knew that I could choose (i main wraith. 8000+kill. I'm very mad for real

Same issue here I got lifeline a few days ago, but really wanted Wraith. I contacted Apex support about this whilst they couldn't do anything and they said I would also request you to send a post on our official forum. The best way to get this information straight to our developers, so they can start making changes to these issues, is through the forums. The more people you get to talk about the issues you are experiencing, the more the developers will take notice.
So hopefully the developers are reading this and they can take note and maybe enable a one time swap option for people who didn't get their choice Heirloom in the lottery system.

Mesma coisa comigo, dedicação total no jogo, gastei com varias caixas acredito que já devo ter comprado mais de 500 caixas. Hoje tenho a herança da LIFELINE e do BLOODHOUND ganhei faz 10 dias. Então assim quando atualizei o sistema do APEX não ganhei os fragmento de HERANÇA. A minha duvida é o seguinte depois que ganha a HERANÇA é zerado as caixa pra comprar tudo denovo pra adquirir as heranças novamente. Por que se for isso vamos ter que comprar cerca de 2500 caixas pra conseguir todas as HERANÇAS do jogo, isso não é certo!!!
Na mensagem do APEX diz assim; Você pode usar esses fragmentos para escolher exatamente a coleção de Herança que deseja. Os fragmentos terão a mesma taxa de aquisição do sistema anterior, de modo que depois de 500 Pacotes Apex, você terá Fragmentos de Herança suficientes para obter um conjunto de Herança da loja de Herança. E não se preocupe, seu progresso existente para os 500 Pacotes Apex vai ser transferido com a alteração. Lembre-se que assim que um jogador possuir todos os Conjuntos de Herança, ele não terá direito a receber mais fragmentos até que sejam adicionados mais Conjuntos de Herança ao jogo.

Isso se tivemos todos os conjuntos de herança, caso tiver apenas 1 herança e desejamos ganhar outra herança não vamos ganhar desde que compramos mais 500 caixas. Vamos mudar todo o progresso de compra de caixas pra adquirir a HERANÇA.
Isso não tá certo, assim vai perder cada vez mais jogadores.
Jogo no PS4 e abandonei vários jogos por esse jogo e dedico muito por que é legal jogar. Mais a cada atualização fica chato. Temos varios meio de ganhar dinheiro no jogo vocês desenvolvedores, mais temos que preocupar com o bem estar de cada jogador.
