Heirloom Refund System

2 Days ago on the day of the announcement '' System Override '' event, i bought a bunch of Apex packs with some money i saved up, and i finally got an heirloom ( i had 0 ) was kinda bummed it was Bloodhounds cause im a Wraith main but atleast it was an heirloom. About 2 hours after i read the news about the upcoming shard system for the heirlooms, and i was extremely bummed after hearing that, considering had i just waited 3 days i wouldve gotten the kunai for my main.

Was asking a couple of EA Supports about this and unfortunately there is no 'refund' action in place atm, for any items ingame,

Was thinking it could be really nice (especially for someone like me) if there was an 'heirloom refund system', maybe it wouldnt be a full heirloom return, but half of the shards needed or something, so i could get closer to the 500 packs progress, that is now towering before me for me to optain the kunai.

So ye, an heirloom refund system, is my hope currently <3

    @zenithwow I agree with this, but instead of half the heirloom shard I feel they should have a one per account thing where you can dismantle an heirloom for shards.

    I agree as well I got my Bloodhound heirloom the day before the patch and was so disappointed as a path main. Hope they can fix this to reward loyal players who have supported the game.

    Okay so... I know that a lot of people want an heirloom refund for people like me who main another character, but got stuck with it because it was before heirloom shards were a thing. I’m one of those people I got mine in season 2 before bloodhounds was even released but of-coarse I’m a pathfinder main. Well people have suggested a refund thing but that would make ea lose money. Instead each account with an heirloom from before heirloom shards were released should have the opportunity to buy a $5-10 one time refund. That would take away your current heirloom and give you the shards to chose the one of your preference. I believe this idea would make the players and ea happy and possibly make ea an extra buck while giving people like me the same opportunity that people who revived theirs this season. (time of writing this is near end of season 4) Because honestly it’s really unfair and annoying that just because I was lucky a couple months ago I don't get the same Opportunity as people who get lucky now. Ea I would love to see something like this implemented in the game.
