Heirloom refund
Hi, first off wanna say im a huge fan of apex it’s probably one of the most fascinating games I've played to date. A day before the announcement of the override event I received pathfinders heirloom after the 500th pack I opened. I was hopping you could implement a system where those who already got a heirloom from the 500 packs (post- override update) can have the option to choose a existing heirloom or to have the option to trade their existing heirloom for shards. It wouldn’t be very fare if those who just hit 500 packs got shards and were able to purchase the heirloom of their choosing and the players who got a random heirloom couldn’t choose as well.
