Same here, I spent a bit of money a couple of days ago and got the heirlooms I did not want. I honestly feel cheated when they announced that they are changing how getting Heirlooms worked. I called support and they just tell me that they can do nothing about it and to complain on the forums. Hopefully Respawn can do something about this.
