Heirloom Refund

I think adding 1-3 lifetime heirloom refunds would be overall healthy for the game. EA has recently stated that they want to focus on player retention and making the game better. Heirlooms have changed drastically and I'm sure many skin buyers regret the choices they've made with heirloom shards. Allowing the ability to refund would make people feel as though their money is valued and help to fight the stigma about EA being money hungry (which is definitely true to some extent). If players were able to refund heirloom(s) it would bring many people back and increase retention. It would bring people back by allowing them to get a new heirloom that was released without spending additional money. It would increase retention by giving them the opportunity for new experiences. Another feature that would be cool would be letting people go into a "testing range" with heirlooms so they can make good decisions on which ones they want. Heirlooms are valued at $500 a pop which is crazy amounts of value and people feeliung that their money is valued is essential to a positive developer-player relationship. Other games such as Fortnite have implemented 1-3 lifetime refund opportunities for cosmetics and it was well received by the community. Ultimately I don't think it would decrease monetary gain but rather player satisfaction; leading to more player retention and therefore, more monetary gain. I hope developers see this and take my feedback into consideration. I love Apex and want it to be at its full potential and I think this would be a step in the right direction.
