Heirloom Trade In

Question

Hello everyone I would like to propose a *one time per account* Heirloom trade-in system where a player can remove one heirloom from their inventory and be rewarded 150 heirloom shards (the equivalent to one Heirloom). This allows players who have received an heirloom before the introduction of heirloom shards to be allowed to choose an heirloom for a character they actually enjoy playing. Many people have received randomizes heirlooms for legends they are not comfortable playing/ don’t enjoy playing. Please consider this change!

Yeah i agree with this. i got Heirloom before the system was introduce for lifeline. but i rarely play her i enjoy playing mirage and bloodhound and i really want heirloom for them but spend another 500$ is gonna kill me

@Pendulum79 Absolutely agree, I have had the wraith heirloom since about season 1 or 2, whatever was before the selection option (most would kill for this) but I am a lifeline main. I would have preferred getting the heirloom shards and choosing lifelines sticks.

I have the exact same problemI got wraith's heirloom in s2 and i'm a caustic main.Plz make heirloom trade in possible for 1 time only at least.
