I completely agree with this. I for example, have the Bloodhound: Raven's Bite but I would definitely love to trade it in for 150 heirloom shards to get another one which I like more. This system should surely be added to the game, so people can choose which heirloom they would like to have.

PS: u could make it so they can only exchange their current heirloom once, so they can't do it infinitely!
