I love apex and have over 1200 hours in game. I have only gotten my free heirloom after opening 500 packs. I understand the market of free to play games, I do, but it feels like apex is only reward...

Same here. I’ve invested like 1600+ hours, and only dropped one heirloom in almost 5 years. Pretty ridiculous. This is why I DONT spend money on this game.
Yeah its so rough..like I get why they do it, but man it makes me so jaded. At least my boy caustic can bonk people with his hammer:(
