hello dear ea

I'm a Chinese gamer, I love this game, whether it's a bad network or there are a lot of cheaters, etc., it's not enough to stop me from liking this game. But today logged in and found out that I was banned from logging in for no reason. I want all the managers to double-check my account, and if I cheat, my record won't be like this and I won't lose my rankings all the time. I got hurt by mistake, please help me, thank you

    @Delishnnn I wouldn't open multiple cases with EA support and, (as far as I'm aware of), Community Managers can't expedite the process either.

    You would have to wait for the EA support team to respond to your case. It will take some time, and how long? I wouldn't know. That would depend on how many cases are opened by other players as I'm sure the cases are resolved by queue.
  • Many banns come from sharing computer with a cheater, which counts as cheating. Otherwise, cheaters  could just create new accounts after accounts from the same computer when they get banned.
