help My Apex account has been banned
I haven't logged into the game for a long time. When I logged in at the end of March of this year, I found that my account was banned on February 11th of the same year. However, I never played Apex in February and I didn't receive any emails from EA. As a result, my 1700 hour account was banned. I tried to ask for help through emails many times, but each time I was told that it would not be overturned and that this was an internal investigation decision. But I don't even know why I was banned. I sent my device SN code to customer service because I only have one device, but the same email still answered me. I am really curious whether my account was stolen or banned for some reason, but no one has answered me at all. Now that I have opened my ban reason, there is nothing written on it. I need help now and I want to figure out everything.
