High ping only on Apex (xbox)
I've recently updated Apex but now struggle to find a datacenter that's not 300ms +. I've done a ping test on both my laptop (18ms) and xbox (27ms) so not sure why my ping is over 200. I'm based in the UK and today the London datacenter had worse ms than the honk kong one. Not sure why my mates can play with low ping yet I can't. Some advice on how to fix this would be most appreciated since Apex is my favourite game currently.

Sorry for the late response! If you're still having trouble with this, I'd be happy to go through some connection troubleshooting with you. If that's ok, please let me know if you're using a wired or wireless connection. Also, if it's been a while since you power cycled your equipment, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
