Hit marker/ Shot not registering

So today I lose RP when Respawn can't fix their game. Eva 8 shotgun doesn't work apparently. This dude had no health. Literally one shot and i seen it and have it recorded. Anyways he PK's me and I shoot him and blood comes out but no drop or damage being displayed. He shoots me and I go down. Respawn how do you guys have a ranked system with your broken game. SMH you guys suck.

Myself and my son have noticed this same issue since we started playing Apex again this season. I'm still not sure if it's a de-sync issue, or a hit reg issue.
