Wraith hitbox has always been a problem, and probably always will be. It's not as bad since season 9, but still... not very good. She's still highest pick next only after Octane now. It's a bit of a wash as she lost low profile.
The devs don't really seem to care about fixing it (Wraith's hitbox).
