Hop Up Weapon Ideas and Firing Modes

@ZenmuroneThe wingman and longbow currently have built in skullpiercers, but the wingmans skull piercer multiplier was nerfed from 2.15 to 2.1, alternator and re-45 don’t do extra shield damage but when disruptor rounds were removed they increased the base damage so they arnt entirely bad weapons and I was kill leader with 8 kills the other day with a Re-45 and Im pretty bad lol but to be fair I was playing Gibralter who has a overpowerred gunshield, im not a fan of removing L Star and adding devotions back because L Star was a awful weapon and I always hated those in care packages also keeping ammo for a devotion was always a pain because of how much ammo it uses so quickly... and a devotion actually has mastiff/kraber power if not more than those imo
