I mean we've had a Wraith meta since launch, and Horizon's pure existence gives people a reason not to play Wraith.
She isn't even OP. Her Passive doesn't affect her enemies, she's not difficult to hit while she's going up the gravity lift, her hitbox is decently sized and her black hole is only strong in enclosed areas, where even then it gets shot down in under a second.
@CompleatBeet I agree with the ult but not with the gravity lift. Over 90% of players can barely hit a strafing Horizon in her gravity lift.
