How are EA going to compensate players regarding the "Grand Soiree" update

Question

How are EA going to compensate for the latest grand soiree update which screwed up the game for very many, including me because it couldn't be downloaded. I had to reinstall Origin three times, uninstall the game, the only way to fix it was by downloading an older version of Origin (which has no official recommendation on EA😕 site and other recommendations didn't work as well), but then already three days had passed since the January 14th so now I won't be able to get all of the Grand Soiree awards, and I'm betting I'm only one of many who've had this issue.

@chiefthunderball True, the only great rewards was the pathfinder trackers, the havocs weren’t that great but Im still using them since I don’t have many havoc skins

@BALTZERBEAST Honestly the rewards weren't worth it. Nothing special in the event other than playing 3rd person and Kings canyon at night.

Sorry for those who had problems downloading / running the update!

But I think it will be hard to proof that you actually were not able to update.
Others didn't play the game for different reasons and might also pretend the update didn't work...

So I think there will be no compensation!

I bet Respawn and EA even don't care at all...

The last Havoc skin was just a copy of the one before with changed colour.

I mean how lazy is that? Copy, paste, changing blue to green... 2 minutes work....weekend.

So nothing you missed there

Have only played as much matches to get the 2 basic quests, not even tried to win for the last quest!

Most potential for me were live.die.live (although only 1% of the players understood how it worked LOL)

and always be closing.

Kings Canyon by night was also nice but represented no gamemode for me.
Actually it was much much too bright and adding night vision or thermal vision could have been real innovative ideas.

@Flashshark1980 Just want to point out the last havoc follows what they've done with all the battle pass final rewards so if you're calling out the havoc on it, might as well blanket all of them under the same issue. Just saiyan, it's expected so they weren't going to disappoint.
