How come i cant accept challenge rewards
Ive completed the challenges and cannot accept the rewards and theyre not in my inventory any help i contacted support theu sent me here after doing about 3hrs of troubleshooting thanks

I think you may have to either wait for the item to be added to your inventory or it'll get fixed in an update. I know there were quite a few bugs from the 1.2 patch and the servers have been a bit cranky, so I guess they'll be working on fixing that. There's a "known issues" thread which was updated today over here. Even if this particular issue isn't on the list I'm sure they'll still be aware of some items not showing up.
