How do I make a new account without getting banned?

Do you use a VPN or proxy of any sort when playing or creating the accounts? If so, is there any change if you disable that and try again?

Another option would be to see if you're able to create and log into a new account from a different device entirely, even on the same network. That could indicate a hardware ban rather than an account ban if you can get in on another device but the same network, in which case the only option would be to appeal the ban itself.
