How is noone talking about how caustic is the most OP legend by far

How is caustic getting buffs when he is the literal only character that can completely shut a building down from multiple squads for a pretty extended period of time without even having to fire many ...

caustic isn't op still, most building Have windows and other places and in Open places he can't do nothing, the only time i used caustic and felt useful on worlds edge map ! in Fragment on the top building you can up so many gas and people can't push no matter how hard they try that's the only time!
