How many more topics do we need to create to NERF OR REMOVE THE SHOTGUNS?

I mean seriously, EVERY SINGLE fight ends with some noob shotgunning the whole squad, because they are too OP, no aiming required, no precision required, just point to a rough direction and that's it...

@CrashA321 Holy crap, right? I hadn't really noticed it that much, then I got a string of games with people running EVA's. That thing's ripping through red evo's in two hits, I'm getting four shot when it fires like 1 shot every 0.6 seconds.

It's nuts, I got absolutely destroyed by it several games in a row, even 10 - 15m away it'll still rip through you. I started running it and I can see why, with a purple bolt that thing puts out 65's like a machine gun even from 20m away! It's wild how insane it is.

But EVA-8 was always like that. At 20 meters it will do 14 damage at most, maybe a bit more, if pellet accidentaly hits the head. Nothing really changed.

It is very rewarding to knock down people, which are jumping at you at close distance with submachine guns, not even aiming.

Everything comes down to positioning. It isn't overpowered but simply reliable.

Besides Olympus is so open, that taking shotgun may not be always the best choice.
