How to play with randoms in ranked?

@AreYouShivering it sucks i know.. i too play random only... i have not played ranked anymore sinds season 5 cause its pointless and there where wayyyy too many problems with the game.....
But i reached diamond in season 3 and 4 with randoms.... from bronze to platinum was easy.. but from plat to diamond was close to impossible. My teammates rushed in every fight or they died before they even found a single weapon.... only cause of that dive tail reward i kept playing....
All i did to make it was use octane as much as possible for speed to get out of situations... and snipe alot...
And if you get teamed up with a 20kill 4k badge looneytoon then just cover him from a safe distance... and when he dies mute him and hide
