Why? Is it because making an OP character on release makes way more money?.... you've ruined the solo queing experience. and you also lied on the nerf... judging by this article it would appear you could easily take him back to where he should be.......oh right $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. he has broken this game

and you missed your week end nerf. again if this is true tuning him back to before the release would be easy

@xHACHx They had the Seer nerfs complete but they ran into other issues with the hotfix patch so they delayed it, they didn’t delay it because of seer they delayed it because of some game breaking bugs

Seer is a game breaking bug. If they couldn't of seen an issue with this character before releasing, especially with his "mega" buff.......than they don't know their game well enough
