The voice speaking through the drone HAS to be Mila. The voices match up and Mystik is literally presented as an older woman. If that old woman sounds like an average 17 year old, then the supernatural exists. And it's not even confirmed that the Syndicate even killed Mila. Sure there's an article in the "Forever Family" cinematic but there's no proof of that. Words won't buy my beliefs. My guess is that they kept her alive for a reason. That reason might be getting information of Tae's whereabouts. But I see your point thinking it's Mystik. Mystik is the one who helped Crypto get into the games but that doesn't change the fact that the voice sounds like Mystik. There is no way a woman who looks like they're in their mid 40s sounds like a 17 year old teenager.
